In Cucina con Amici (In the Kitchen with Friends): June 2 at 6:00pm
Learn how to cook like an Italian from a native Italian! Students get to watch and participate in meal preparation as Silvana Obici, our culinary expert from Napoli, teaches you how to prepare a delicious inexpensive meal with fresh ingredients. Then sit at the table and enjoy the meal and the company (presentation in English).
Menu: Pasta Primavera, Chicken Cacciatore, Escarole Salad, Bread, Wine and Coffee
Total cost: $ 40
This is a special event and is limited to 20 guests (6 seats left)
Next Italian language courses start on September 12, 2012.
All classes are scheduled on Wednesday, 6:30-8:30pm.
